Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

1. Data Controller

This information notice has been prepared by SARCAN İnşaat Mekanik, in its capacity as data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you complete the "Get a Quote" / "Free Site Survey" form on our website, the following information is processed: your full name, phone number, email address, project location, and the project details you share within the form.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your quote and site survey requests, getting back to you, scheduling appointments, conducting pre- and post-contract processes, improving service quality and fulfilling our legal obligations.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred — only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out above and within the scope of our legal obligations — to competent public institutions and authorities, as well as to our business partners from whom we receive services (e.g. our email infrastructure provider).

5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on our website. The legal basis is, under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, that the processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK: to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK and related legislation, and to object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
